Brandy's Pet Sitting

If you are interested in booking a reservation with me, the following information will help you to know what to expect prior to you leaving, while you are gone, and when you return.

 Before you leave:

•  You contact me via email (AgilityChick20@aol.com) or phone (553-8614)
• If you have specific dates you would like to book me for, I will reserve those dates for you 
• I will ask you to fill out the pet info form.doc and email it to the above address (one for each dog and cat)
• We will set up a date and time for me to meet you and your pets in your home, and you can show me where everything is (usually takes an hour)
• I will give you an estimate, and if applicable, you will give me a deposit (please see "Rates & Services"  for more details about deposits)
• You will give me a key to your home (a second visit can be arranged for this if needed)

 While you are gone:

• I will arrive at your home at the agreed upon time
• I will care for your pets and home as instructed
• You can contact me as often as you wish to check on your pets

When you return:

• I can either stay at your home until you arrive to return your key and collect payment (if not already received), or I can come by in the next few days (or neither as long as payment has been received in full)
• If I am not staying at your home until you arrive, I will contact you to ensure you returned on time if you would like.
• If you are late returning, I will continue taking care of your pets until you tell me otherwise (extra fees may apply)

If you use my services again:

•  Contact me via email or phone as soon as you know the dates you would like to book to make sure you are the first one to ask for them!! (I accept dates months in advance)
• We can arrange for another meeting at your discretion as well as key pick-up and a deposit if applicable
• The more times I sit for the same client, the more discounts I tend to give them.
